Order to Cash S4 HANA Test Lead

Job Summary
Own the complete UAT strategy and execution for all O2C processes in S/4HANA, including credit management, collections, dunning, cash application, dispute management, and reporting. Design the test plan covering nine specific processes, write detailed test scripts for positive and negative scenarios, and coordinate with the project team on defect logging and resolution. Execute multiple UAT cycles, manage the defect log, and own go/no-go sign-off criteria while validating data migration results through reconciliation and parallel runs. Produce UAT status reports for leadership and own the O2C KPI framework, including DSO, CEI, and dispute rates, to generate the monthly performance pack. Manage the governance calendar, coordinate month-end close with Record to Report and Finance, and support process improvement initiatives with data.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UAT / system testing experience
- SAP O2C testing experience across SD / FI-AR / FSCM modules
- Experience in test strategy design, planning, and execution
- Knowledge of defect management tools and processes
- Experience coordinating with technical implementation teams
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- S/4HANA testing experience, preferably in a greenfield implementation
- O2C domain expertise across credit, collections, and cash application
- Experience with JIRA, ALM, or equivalent test management tools
- Healthcare or medical devices industry experience
- Experience with go/no-go decision frameworks
- KPI design and governance experience
- SOX compliance testing experience
