Job Summary
Own and drive end-to-end OTC Regression Testing and Release Management activities for planned releases, enhancements, fixes, and projects. Review release scope, technical changes, and business requirements from development teams to develop comprehensive regression test plans and strategies. Identify, create, and maintain test scenarios covering end-to-end OTC processes, set up test data, and execute testing across multiple applications. Manage Release Readiness activities including deployment support, Go-Live reviews, and post-production validation while driving defect triage and resolution. Track quality metrics, risks, and release status to stakeholders, conducting impact assessments to support release approval decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and related Supply Chain business operations
- Hands-on experience in Regression Testing, UAT, Release Management, and Production Deployment support
- Proven experience developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data strategies
- Strong working knowledge of TestRail, JIRA, SAP, OIS, OSS, EClaims, 3W and other critical Supply Chain applications
- Ability to understand technical solution designs and translate them into effective testing strategies
- Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle management and quality assurance practices
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination capabilities
- Ability to independently lead testing and release activities with minimal supervision
