Job Summary
Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist for an Amazon Prime Video account tasked with high-volume billing, ledger management, intercompany reconciliations across European entities, deduction and dispute tracking, and cross-functional coordination with European Project Managers to reconcile margins before invoicing. The role requires 3–5 years in OTC/AR/financial administration within digital marketing, tech, or media agencies, strong English communication, and advanced Excel skills; NetSuite and global intercompany accounting exposure are a plus. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model with 2 days remote from Madrid, and emphasizes a collaborative, detail-oriented culture focused on delivering accurate billing and cash application performance. The work involves coordinating billing processes, handling cross-entity balances, and ensuring timely invoicing in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), or corporate financial administration
- Industry background in digital marketing, tech, or media agencies managing a large volume of simultaneous commercial deals
- Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, formulas, summaries)
- Nice-to-Have: NetSuite experience and exposure to global intercompany accounting structures
