Job Summary
Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist for Amazon Prime Video LATAM responsible for high-velocity billing and cash applications, ledger management, intercompany reconciliations across European entities, deduction and dispute tracking, and cross-functional synchronization with European Project Managers to reconcile project margins before invoicing. Requires 3–5 years of OTC/AR/financial administration experience in digital marketing, tech, or media agencies, English proficiency, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work from Madrid (preferred) with openness to candidates authorized to work anywhere in Europe; experience with NetSuite and intercompany structures is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), or corporate financial administration
- Digital marketing/tech/media agency background managing high-volume deals
- Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Hybrid work model with 2 days from Madrid, Spain preferred, open to Europe-wide authorization to work
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (data cleaning, formulas, summaries)
- Nice-to-have NetSuite exposure and intercompany accounting experience
