Job Summary
Senior Order-to-Cash (OTC) & Intercompany Lead for Amazon account, owning the global OTC lifecycle and NetSuite governance in a high-volume digital agency setting. Lead intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing alignment, complex billing and dispute resolution, and ensure accurate invoicing and cash collection across European entities. Direct month-end intercompany closings, maintain DSO health, and optimize cross-entity transactions, vendor portals, and currency conversions. Requires 6–8 years in OTC/AR/finance operations, deep NetSuite experience, and strong English communication to collaborate with regional teams across Europe in a fully distributed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6–7 years of professional OTC/AR/finance operations experience
- NetSuite proficiency highly desirable (billing modules, intercompany journals, customer ledgers, reporting)
- experience with cross-entity reconciliation and intercompany processes
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- strong English communication and negotiation skills
- experience in fast-paced digital marketing, media agency, or high-volume deal environments
