Job Summary
Order to Cash Operations Associate responsible for expert order management and AR sales order processing. Key duties include reviewing orders for pricing, quantity, and delivery details; performing compliance checks (credit limit review, customer background checks); coordinating with Finance and Logistics on order-related disputes; and ensuring accurate input to clients. Requires strong experience in order management, billing processes, and cross-functional collaboration within Finance & Accounting, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and process integrity across end-to-end order-to-cash cycle.
Required Qualifications
- BCom
- Master of Business Administration
- Any Graduation
- Minimum 7-8 years of order management or related process experience in Finance & Accounting
- 1.5 to 2 years in BPO or shared service centers
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance accounting or related field
- Good knowledge of Billing process
