Customer Service role within the Order-to-Cash (OtC) team focusing on being the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with sales, logistics and production, monitoring deliveries and billing, and identifying opportunities to improve processes. Requires collaboration with internal teams, ability to resolve issues empathetically, and proficiency in CRM tools. Hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon, Portugal, with a permanent contract.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct customer service, supply chain, or operations
- CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM) preferred
- English and German or French proficiency
