Job Summary
Order to Cash Analyst in YouGov's expanding Centre of Excellence in Mexico. You will manage invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, and order management across the Americas region, generate and process sales invoices, onboard new clients per credit policy, support internal/external audits, and collaborate with sales and operations to address unbilled or deferred revenue. The role emphasizes enhancing financial accounting controls and procedures, with opportunities to contribute to global processes and other regions. Strong Excel skills and 3+ years in sales order and billing are required, along with a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related discipline and a service-oriented mindset to ensure accurate revenue recognition and a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in sales order and billing processes
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines/SLAs, and effectively prioritize tasks
