Job Summary
Order to Cash Analyst responsible for end-to-end O2C activities including maintaining customer master data in SAP, performing credit and risk analysis, providing solution-oriented responses to customer queries, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, 2+ years in O2C or Master Data Management, SAP and MS Office proficiency, strong data accuracy and analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a hybrid schedule (morning/mid-shift) in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course
- At least 2 years of experience in Order to Cash processes or Master Data Management
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to critically assess requests and deliver well-analyzed solutions
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrates ownership and a first-time-right mindset
- Willingness to work in either morning or mid-shift schedules in a hybrid setup
