Order to Cash Accountant

Carry out debit/credit memo processing in the Accounts Receivable (AR) module and provide solutions for ad hoc customer transaction requests. Analyze and assess accuracy of AR reports, monitor overdue AR and collections, including Consignment Inventory AR and AR Invoices control. Verify contract-related documents (contract, appendix, guarantee letter, Form C, business registration license) and manage customer master data (create, update, deactivate), including new customer setup and customer resignation. Oversee Bank Guarantee & Storage control and calculate rebates for both B2B and B2C customers. Perform other assigned tasks as part of a Treasury/Accounting function. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and good English communication with stakeholders. Educational background in accounting is preferred with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience; Abbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
