Order Taker - In Room Dining

Handle guest orders via phone, in person, or digital methods; communicate orders clearly to kitchen, supply area, or other departments; assist guests with menu recommendations; process payments and provide receipts, including suggesting additional or premium products to increase sales; requires excellent communication and listening skills, strong guest service, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and basic POS system knowledge; 1–2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar; High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
