Job Summary
Provide warm, personal, and detailed F&B service in a luxury hotel dining setting. Take and relay guest orders for food and beverages, assist with setting up service stations, and ensure accurate, timely delivery in-room dining and hotel outlets. Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of F&B services, outlets, and hotel amenities; comply with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP); assist other outlets during peak times; perform opening/closing duties, and support the management team as needed. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, work well within a team, and be self-motivated and energetic in a fast-paced resort environment. Visa status: must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to focus on guest needs and maintain professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety/hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
