Job Summary
A Customer Service team member takes customer orders, payments, answers the telephone, takes customer's food orders, and helps where there is a hospitality need in the deli. Uses the aloha register system, handles cash and credit card transactions, performs basic math, and ensures accurate balance of money. Must be able to stand for up to six hours in a fast-paced deli environment, read/write English, and comply with health and dress code policies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience preferred (6 months)
- alo ha register system familiarity
- math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- read and write English
- ability to handle money and credit card slips
- ability to stand and perform in fast-paced environment up to six hours
- dress code compliance
- health regulations compliance
