Job Summary
Order Support Specialist responsible for accurate and timely processing of customer orders, amendments, and releases; monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines; manage customer returns, claims, and defective product processes; prepare and distribute commercial and customs documentation; and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes. Requires customer-centric mindset, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate across teams. 1 year of related experience; English and Mandarin proficiency for regional support.
