Job Summary
Pulls and prepares customer orders for pickup, ensuring accurate quantity evaluation for Curbside Pick Up and Local Delivery requests. Executes daily tasks to complete all orders on time while maintaining a neat, safe, and organized stockroom. Communicates with customers to resolve order issues and performs daily location audits on customer orders. Manages staging locations and Elfa pull sequences, down stocks the Elfa product area, and reviews the Product Not Arriving as Expected Report. Leads the sales floor, engages with customers to solve organizational challenges, and holds the team accountable for sales goals. Adheres to established time expectations with accuracy and timeliness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2-5 years inventory experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers
- Possesses focused attention to detail and solid organizational and prioritization skills while working quickly and accurately under pressure
- Proven communication and coaching skills
- Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our customers and our company, taking care to objectively process information
