Job Summary
Oversee the daily workflow of Order Selectors in a distribution center, ensuring high picking accuracy and throughput to meet throughput benchmarks; supervise staff, provide training, conduct performance reviews, and manage 5S-based process controls for picking operations; optimize picking zones, order processing, and safety while monitoring discrepancies and driving accuracy in inventory; coordinate with other supervisors and departments to improve customer service; manage budget and labor cost control and leverage Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WMS (AS400 a plus) to generate reports; requires the ability to lead staff, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience.
- Two to four years of experience in a warehouse environment, order fulfillment, leadership, and work order processing.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
