Job Summary
Pick full case produce orders onto pallets using a hands-free voice pick headset system while maintaining product integrity. Operate a riding pallet jack to move goods and wrap stage orders for delivery to customers. Maintain a safe warehouse environment and comply with all food safety program requirements. Work in a refrigerated environment between 35-56 degrees, lifting up to 50lbs frequently. Perform these tasks while meeting standard pieces-per-hour targets in a fast-paced setting without direct supervision.
Required Qualifications

- Meet all food safety program requirements
- Operate a riding pallet jack
- Utilizing a 'hands free' voice pick headset system
- Pick orders via headset using a voice pick system with attention to accuracy
- Organize the orders on pallets as you pick with integrity to the product
- Maintain product integrity
- Maintain a safe warehouse environment
- Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- This is a safety-sensitive position
