Job Summary
The Order Selector position at UDF’s Blue Ash Distribution Center involves assembling orders of refrigerated items such as milk, drinks, and cheeses, using pick tickets and voice picking technology. Responsibilities include order picking, loading/unloading, restocking, counting, tagging routes, and following sanitation procedures in a fast-paced environment where safety and accuracy are essential. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items, work flexible shifts including weekends, and remain on their feet throughout their shift.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to walk and be on your feet for most of your shift
- Flexibility to support overtime as needed
- Capable of working in both cold and warm temperatures
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Additional Requirements
- Must complete 90 days of employment to receive sign-on bonus
- Perfect Attendance is required to be eligible for the sign-on bonus
