Job Summary
Conduct order pulling operations by reading work orders, operating cranes, forklifts, and side-loaders to retrieve material from stock. Package retrieved items for shipment using hand and power tools while maintaining accurate inventory records within the ERP system. Restock and manage shipping tasks via computer interfaces. Perform duties Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with flexibility for overtime, additional hours, and occasional Saturdays. Requires a high school diploma, prior manufacturing or warehousing experience, and certified crane, forklift, or side-loader operation skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or warehousing experience
- Experience operating a crane, forklift or side-loader
- A valid PA driver's license
- Ability to work in both a team environment and as an individual contributor
- Proficiency in basic math skills; including reading a tape measure and using fractions and decimals
- Must be flexible to work overtime hours depending on work and staffing demands
- This may include working additional hours before or after your scheduled shift, and occasional Saturdays
- Must be able to work from order sheets to determine material and packaging requirements
