Job Summary
Night-shift Order Processor/Warehouse Associate performing receiving, picking, filling customer orders, and loading trucks in Heidelberg Distributing’s beverage logistics setting. Responsibilities include handling and organizing product stock, using voice-pick technology, loading pallets, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting timelines in a fast-paced alcohol-distribution environment. Must operate heavy equipment safely (forklifts/walkie-power jacks), pass pre-employment screenings (drug, physical, background), be able to lift up to 165 lb and repetitively lift 25+ lb, stand/walk/climb stairs, and wear a headset during shifts. Requires flexibility for shift schedules and strong attendance, with emphasis on teamwork and accurate, efficient order processing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie-power jacks safely
- Be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Must be able to occasionally move or lift up to 165 lbs and repetitively lift 25+ lbs throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand, balance, walk, climb stairs, sit, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
- Wear a headset throughout the entire work shift
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible shifts as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work alone and in small groups
- Able to meet project timelines
