Job Summary
Warehouse Associate roles include receiving and processing incoming product, picking and filling customer orders, and loading trucks. Responsibilities require operating Voice Pick technology and heavy equipment (forklifts, walkie jacks), maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and meeting project timelines in a fast-paced beverage alcohol distribution environment. The role demands physical stamina (standing, walking, lifting up to 165 lbs), the ability to pass pre-employment drug screens and background checks, and flexible scheduling (Mon-Thu, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM). Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential for working both independently and in small groups.
Required Qualifications
- Must safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacks
- Be able to pass a drug screen, physical and background check
- Must be able to move or lift up to 165 lbs on occasion and repetitively throughout shift
- Must be able to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs; sit; use hands to feel and handle objects; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; and have specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus
- Must be detail-oriented
- Be able to work flexible shifts as needed
- Must have a positive, winning attitude and excellent attendance
