Job Summary
Process inbound cases and apply shipping-focused duties: scan and label cases, verify Rx and case data, attach work orders and related documents, prepare and seal outbound shipments, select carriers per due date, and ensure SOP adherence. Maintain accurate data entry across Go/GCM systems, print and attach invoices/work orders, and perform credits research as needed. Collaborate with Shipper/Distributor, keep work area orderly, and stay aware of production requirements and quality standards. Learn and apply company shipping policies and stay proficient with carrier systems while identifying and correcting data errors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience.
