Job Summary
Order Processor (Oracle ERP / EDI) responsible for accurately entering customer orders into Oracle ERP, supporting order workflow, and handling general administrative tasks. Key duties include processing and reviewing order data with high accuracy, supporting and testing EDI transmissions, interpreting raw EDI data for trading partner setups, coordinating with IT and internal teams to resolve data-flow issues, maintaining organized records and documentation, and performing typical office support activities (filing, scanning, copying, data entry, typing). The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced office environment. Location-specific in-office roles in Los Angeles, CA and Commerce, CA (both US) with no remote arrangement noted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of order processing or order management experience
- Experience with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems preferred
- EDI knowledge strongly preferred (order processing, data interpretation, or transmission testing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
