Order Processing Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations at AkzoNobel's Singapore facility. Responsibilities include overseeing incoming, put-away, pick/pack activities; supervising warehouse staff; maintaining inventory accuracy via cycle counts; coordinating SAP/WMS transactions; ensuring safe, efficient workflow and proper storage with good housekeeping; collaborating across departments to respond to order-management changes and deliveries; operating forklift-related equipment as needed; and maintaining a strong, team-focused approach to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in warehouse operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- WMS/SAP experience is an added advantage
- Must be willing to work overtime if required
- Possess a forklift license & able to operate reach truck/stacker
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
