Job Summary
Order Processing Specialist responsibilities include handling and timely processing of customer orders and inquiries (Import/Export/Trucking), monitoring order status and coordinating with parties to meet delivery targets, maintaining complete shipping documents in line with company processes and regulatory restrictions, updating stock cards and generating weekly stock reports to ensure inventory accuracy, coordinating with third-party test houses and logistics providers, participating in warehouse capacity planning and productivity improvements, evaluating data for audits and assisting the Audit Focal in preparatory activities for internal/external audits. Requires 2–5 years in logistics coordination or related customer-service roles, Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, strong Excel skills, ability to multitask, work independently, and communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in a Logistics Coordinator role, also open to candidates with Customer Service experience in 3PL Logistics services providers environment
- Proficient with Excel
- Able to multitask and take on new roles
- Able to work independently and have initiative, good interpersonal communication skills
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Attention to detail
- Team-oriented and collaborative attitude
