Job Summary
Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Keep systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information. Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines. Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly. Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team's overall success. This part-time role offers a $19.00 hourly rate plus benefits, requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, and involves physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. You must have a proven track record of reliable attendance and experience in fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently
