Job Summary
Order Processing Agent responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate handling of customer orders and coordinating with customers, warehouse operations, and internal teams. Duties include receiving orders, entering orders and creating shipments in the ERP, informing customers of order execution dates, coordinating loadings with Warehouse, contacting customers to resolve issues, monitoring pending/open orders, handling complaints, and participating in department/projects. Required qualifications include a university degree (preferably in Business Administration or Economics), SAP experience, strong English and computer skills (Microsoft Office), and proven communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and change-management abilities.
