Order Planner

Order Planner responsible for planning and coordinating the order workflow to the warehouse in an efficient and effective manner within customer routing instructions. Must provide world class customer service, demonstrate strong problem solving, communication, data analysis, and organizational skills, and be process-driven. Responsibilities include planning wave releases, acknowledging order receipt, prioritizing orders in the WMS, communicating changes to the warehouse, maintaining metrics and reports, ensuring data integrity in OMS/WMS, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with the facility manager on warehouse/VAS activities. Proficiency with OMS, WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Excel is expected; the role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in order planning and operations analysis. Equal Opportunity Employer.
