Job Summary
Forklift Operator II responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment to move, load, unload, and store products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands. Responsibilities include operating standard sit-down or stand-up forklifts (including clamp and picker equipment), loading/unloading/storing products, transporting materials to designated areas, scanning products and printing labels, completing paperwork and inventory management system entries, ensuring product rotation procedures, performing cycle counts, conducting daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist, maintaining inspection readiness for SQFI and FDA/customer needs, reporting incidents, and performing assigned housekeeping tasks as needed. Requires at least two years of forklift experience, licensure or ability to obtain a forklift operator license, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and strong attention to detail; basic computer skills and the ability to pass background and drug screening are also required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience
- Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass Background and Drug screen
