Job Summary
Pack orders according to working orders or queue systems, reading special instructions to ensure product accuracy and inventory checks. Communicate with the Team Leader regarding out-of-stock items, substitutions, or misplaced products before packing. Prepare shipments by placing labels, stacking cartons on pallets, and warping items for loading, while moving pallets to special areas if delayed. Maintain a clean work area and train new order pickers. Prioritize work to meet daily shipping goals. Bilingual ability preferred. Requires warehouse pick/pack experience, tape gun and RF scan gun proficiency, and the ability to lift 40+ lbs. Continually. High school diploma or equivalent required. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Warehouse pick/pack experience
- Must be able to use tape gun, tape up carton/bag and RF scan gun
- Teamwork and Cooperation
- Must be reliable/dependable and have excellent attendance
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs. on a continual basis
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual preferred
