Order Picker I

Picks and packs customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station using a hand scanner to determine requirements and pull correct products from stock. Maintain established productivity and accuracy standards by meeting daily line targets per hour while ensuring quality and conserving resources. Resolve basic operating problems independently and report issues to management, keeping a clean and organized work environment. Wear required personal protective equipment and participate in safety committee activities. This role requires lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for up to 8 hours on concrete floors in a fast-paced environment with loud noise exposure.
