Order Picker I (1st Shift)

Picks and packs customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station; maintains established productivity and accuracy standards. Uses a hand scanner to determine order requirements, pulls correct products from stock, and packs them into boxes. Meets daily productivity standards and ensures work meets quality standards. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently and reports problems to the manager. Maintains knowledge of operating procedures and products, keeps a clean and organized workspace, and participates in safety activities. Requires good attention to detail, strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with a hand-held RF scanner. Related experience is highly preferred.
