Job Summary
Order Picker will support daily warehouse operations including month-end inventory by picking orders for snack routes, rotating and stocking inventory, tracking out-of-date products, and assisting with month-end inventory. Responsibilities include delivering to micro markets as needed, cleaning the snack department and related areas, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and pallet jack and/or forklift certification as needed. Must have knowledge of inventory management, basic computer/tablet skills, and demonstrate effective oral and written communication, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Valid pallet jack and/or forklift certification as needed
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Basic proficiency with computers and tablets
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
