Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Minimum of a high school education or GED equivalent
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• •Must be comfortable with heights
• •Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds unassisted
• •Must be able to talk and hear
• •Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb all day
• •Must be able to adjust focus
• •Must have close vision
• •Must have distance vision
• •Must have color vision
• •Must have peripheral vision
• •Must have depth perception
• •Must be able to follow safety regulations, including the use of harnesses and completing daily vehicle inspections
• •Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work area
• •Must be able to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
• •Must be able to communicate inventory concerns, discrepancies, or shortages to the supervisor
• •Must be able to record inventory concerns in the shared computer worksheet
• •Must be able to accurately pick products for assigned orders using an RF scanner gun
• •Must be able to scan product locations
• •Must be able to verify product types
• •Must be able to confirm quantities
• •Must be able to follow designated pick paths
• •Must be able to become familiar with warehouse layout and inventory
• •Must be able to operate an order picker or high-reach truck
• •Must be willing to train on an order picker or high-reach truck
• •Must be able to listen effectively
• •Must be able to transmit information accurately and understandably
• •Must be able to actively seek feedback non-defensively
• •Must be able to deal directly and forthrightly with people and problems

• •Must be able to work while exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration
• •Must be able to work during the first shift of the workday
• •Must be able to work during peak season shifts that extend up to 2 hours later
• •Must be able to work without travel
