Job Summary
Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including order selectors, to receive inbound shipments and sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations. Accurately process tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management tools while building, wrapping, and organizing pallets to maintain inventory integrity. Communicate effectively with team members, participate in housekeeping, and adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements. Work Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Fort Payne, AL regional Distribution Center. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with overtime available as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
- Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‐up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers)
- Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
