Job Summary
Receive and check incoming pick tickets, locate products using tablets, and operate a cherry picker to retrieve orders according to quantity and size. Build pallets with orders, stock returned inventory, and perform cycle counting when necessary. Maintain equipment, ensure charging at shift end, and keep the work area clean. Utilize basic math skills to determine box quantities and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment. Perform duties safely in accordance with company safety policies and support teamwork through active participation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, regular attendance
- Good physical strength and stamina
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or other warehouse position
- Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Experience in voice picking systems or RF devices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Diligent and punctual
