Job Summary
Read and analyze sales orders to select finished goods for packaging, then mark orders complete and update notes in the ERP system. Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment while staging products. Inform the Supervisor or Team Lead immediately regarding fulfillment issues or product shortages. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor. This role requires the ability to lift up to 100lbs and tolerate long periods of standing in a manufacturing environment with machinery and chemicals. Shift runs 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and interpret quality documents
- Able to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions
- Able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Employee must regularly be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Employee must occasionally be able to lift and move up to 100lbs
- Able to tolerate long periods of standing
- 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm Mon-Friday)
