Job Summary
Manage workloads and prioritize daily tasks to ensure specialists meet objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Delivery, and Operations to improve workflows, minimize errors, and drive automation programs for operational efficiency. Provide cross-functional operational solutions for new business models and establish performance reviews to track program outcomes against goals. Develop internal process documentation and guidance for customer-facing teams while managing multiple projects and adhering to business-critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Participate in global projects as needed and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by line management.
