Order Operations

Receive and process customer orders into the database system via email, internal systems, or EDI, reviewing them for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Shipping to ensure timely fulfillment, while maintaining and updating customer records. Communicate regarding order status, discrepancies, and issues to support sales team members and external customers. Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain strong customer relations across regions. Requires one year of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.
