Job Summary
Lead cross-functional project teams to plan, execute, and report on generator repair projects across the service lifecycle, coordinating design engineering, procurement, and shop operations to meet schedule, budget, and safety/quality standards. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources; maintaining revenue and cost forecasts; liaising with supply chain and vendors; ensuring proactive risk mitigation; and upholding safety and quality in project deliverables. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination with HS diploma/4+ years experience) and minimum project-management-related experience; PMP certification is desirable. On-site work at the Richmond Service Center with availability for extended hours as needed. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing or relevant experience in Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Materials Planning / Execution and/or Project Management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
- This position is required to work onsite in our Richmond Service Center 100%
- Ability and willingness to work additional hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed
