Job Summary
Lead order management for generator repair projects within the Service Factory, guiding projects from planning through final reporting. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources; maintaining forecast of revenue and cost; coordinating with sales, engineering, vendors, customers, and workshop teams; handling post-sale commercial aspects including proposals, cost estimates, and purchase orders or contracts; ensuring employee safety and quality; working onsite at the Richmond Service Center; collaborating across sales, engineering, supply chain, shop floor, and customers; applying problem-solving, communication, and leadership to drive on-time delivery and target gross margin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of Manufacturing or relevant experience in Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Materials Planning / Execution and/or Project Management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
- On-site in Richmond Service Center; willingness to work additional hours, weekends, and/or holidays
