Order Manager

Order Manager at Neos Networks responsible for end-to-end provisioning and delivery of telecoms services (notably for SSE) across multiple suppliers and internal teams. Own coordination from order placement through service delivery and handover, manage supplier engagements, track milestones, resolve delays/escalations, and keep customers informed. In a fast-paced telecoms delivery environment, forecast delivery volumes, manage aged work-in-progress, safeguard commercial/quality standards, and contribute to right-first-time customer experience. Fixed-term contract with full-time hours and hybrid working; base location in Reading or Glasgow with a flexible mix of office and home working; role emphasizes collaboration with major network partners and a strong emphasis on delivering reliable, high-quality services.
