Job Summary
Central interface between customers, Sales, Compliance, IT, Finance and Product Management to ensure orders in the payment ecosystem are processed reliably and accurately; owns end-to-end onboarding including data capture, KYC check, and technical setup; manages contract and existing-customer expansions; coordinates checks under the Money Laundering Act; collaborates across Compliance, Sales, IT and other teams; ensures process and data quality, and contributes to transparent, efficient, and sustainable workflows; supports hybrid work with two days of home office.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Erfahrung mit Ticket- oder Workflow-Systemen (z.B. Jira) ist ein Plus
