Order Management Specialist

Job Summary
Manage priority orders and customers by coordinating delivery plans, communicating plant committed ship dates, and ensuring sales order changes are verified with Production Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. Focus on recovery efforts with TOP Customers while maintaining status updates across the order lifecycle through direct engagement with Product Managers and Site Leadership. Generate management and customer reports tracking plant backlog, on-time shipment, and escalation metrics. Work in a hybrid model onsite three days per week, Monday through Thursday, with flexibility for remote work up to two days.
Required Qualifications
- Customer focused and detail-oriented
- Experienced in Sales Force
- Experience using customer portals
- Experienced in Business Central/Navision – Sales Orders, Planning and Inventory
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint)
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge in previous jobs

- You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday
