Job Summary
Order Management Specialist focused on order verification, purchasing support, and drug pedigree documentation. Responsibilities include verifying orders against purchase orders, generating shipping labels, reconciling vendor discrepancies, compiling drug T3 pedigree documentation, processing vendor invoices, researching/correcting discrepancies, supporting purchasing tasks, online product sourcing, and providing vendor and customer service support via instant messenger and email. Requires ability to work from the Sandy, UT office and perform duties within a hybrid work arrangement.
