Order Management Specialist

Order Management Specialist responsible for accelerating opportunities to revenue by overseeing order processing in the CRM, coaching sellers on gatekeeper checklists, and leading all PO management and tracking activities. Ensure accurate opportunities in gatekeeper queues, smooth handoffs to Finance, manage client creation/modifications, unblock/block statuses, and support integration of CRM with Finance to improve first-time right performance. Collaborate across Finance and Sales to resolve order questions, drive compliance with rev rec principles and SLAs, manage multiple requests concurrently, build deal tracking reports, and identify bottlenecks in the quote-to-invoice cycle. Contribute to training and support for selling teams, assist during audits, and provide feedback to improve order-cycle efficiency. Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
