Order Management Specialist

Job Summary
Create and maintain Sales Orders in SAP based on customer purchase orders for equipment, kits, and spare parts. Follow the sales order processing flow with the Order Desk to verify orders, confirm details, and update delivery schedules via portals or email. Coordinate with the Supply Chain team and Customer Project Managers to align on production and delivery timelines. Review customer terms and conditions, including Incoterms, payment terms, and documentation requirements during processing. Maintain accurate order records and support issue resolution for order changes, delivery postponements, or customer inquiries. Contribute to improving order accuracy and the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Solid Experience on sales order processing
- Understanding of commercial terms (Incoterms, payment terms)
- Good communication skills for interaction with customers and cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data and documentation
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Urgency in driving result
