Job Summary
End-to-end order management focus: entry, validation, and release of customer orders in the ERP system with accuracy on pricing, quantities, dates, and documentation; monitor holds and past-due AR, coordinating with Programs, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Contracts, Logistics, and Customers to meet SQDC goals; ensure ITC/export compliance and appropriate documentation; identify recurring data-entry issues and implement process improvements; manage KPI reporting (OTD, backlog aging, holds) and drive cross-functional actions for timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, operations, sales, or finance)
- Experience with ERP/MRP order entry and backlog management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Working knowledge of export controls/trade compliance concepts (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
- Experience supporting international orders, licensing workflows, or regulated/controlled products
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience driving past due recovery and cross-functional action plans
