Onsite Order Management Specialist in Lewisville, TX responsible for troubleshooting insurance and other orders, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing order flow using Oracle WMS, coordinating with Materials, Operations and Fulfillment to ensure timely shipment within SLA, generating and distributing detailed reports, handling escalations with Purchasing, and maintaining FIFO and backorder prioritization across programs.
Required Qualifications

- BS/BA in technical field preferred
- 2+ years of distribution and logistics background
- MS Excel proficiency
- MS Word proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Oracle experience a plus
- Inventory control experience (2+ years)
