Job Summary
Order Management Specialist responsible for processing and tracking customer orders in the ERP system, communicating deliveries and changes to customers, coordinating with planning, production and supply chain to ensure timely and complete deliveries, monitoring forecasts and risks, and contributing to smooth, customer-focused service. Requires a few years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain, strong administration and communication skills, ERP and MS Office (Excel) experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. A varied role in an international environment with teamwork and opportunities to improve processes.
